Strength Tested to 490kg

A hotel bed can experience considerably more use than the average bed at home, particularly when different guests are staying throughout the year. Strength and construction therefore matter just as much as appearance.

Our hotel bed frames have been independently strength tested to support up to 490kg. Traditional mortise-and-tenon joints create a solid connection between components, while solid timber slats provide a substantial base for the mattress.

Each frame is also supplied with our High Performance Severe-Use Lacquer as standard. This gives the timber additional protection against the scuffs and everyday wear that furniture can experience in busy guest accommodation.

Choose Your Hotel Bed Size

Different guest rooms call for different bed sizes. A hotel double bed can work well where floor space is more limited, while King, Super King and Emperor frames provide more generous proportions for larger bedrooms and suites.

Our hotel beds are available to fit standard UK mattress sizes:

• Single – 90 x 190cm (3’0” x 6’3”)
• Small double – 120 x 190cm (4’0” x 6’3”)
• Double – 135 x 190cm (4’6” x 6’3”)
• King – 150 x 200cm (5’0” x 6’6”)
• Super King – 180 x 200cm (6’0” x 6’6”)
• Emperor – 215 x 215cm (7’0” x 7’0”)

Timber and Finishes for Hotel Bedrooms

Choose between solid Scandinavian pine and European oak to create the right look for your bedroom or guest accommodation. Pine has a naturally lighter appearance and a more accessible price point, while oak is denser and heavier with distinctive grain and natural variation.

Hotel Beds Made to Order in Yorkshire

Every hotel bed is made to order in our Yorkshire workshop from solid timber, rather than veneer or manufactured board. From machining the timber to constructing and finishing the frame, the process is handled in-house by a team with years of woodworking experience.

We source our timber through reputable sawmills using wood from sustainably managed forests, and each frame is supplied with solid timber slats. Our hotel beds also come with our 12-year guarantee, providing additional reassurance whether you're buying for your home or furnishing guest accommodation.
