We understand that choosing the perfect bed is a big decision. That’s why we’ve created our 100-day money-back guarantee on our bed frames, so you can bring our handmade wooden bed into your home and make sure it’s the right fit—with absolutely no risk.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, mattresses are non-refundable unless they are confirmed to be faulty or defective. Bedding may be returned provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: The 100-day guarantee applies to all standard wooden bed frames purchased online from The Wooden Bed Company. Mattresses and bedding are excluded from this guarantee. Mattresses are non-returnable, while bedding may only be returned if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Product Condition: Beds must be returned in good condition, free from significant damage, alterations, or misuse. 
  • Custom Orders: Custom or bespoke bed frames are excluded from the 100-day guarantee unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Return Costs:
    • For defective or damaged products, we cover all return shipping costs.
    • For non-defective returns, you will need to organise the return and pay the return fee however we will guide you through the process to help you do this.
  • Packaging: You must package beds in original packaging to be eligible for a return up to 100 days. 
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the bed being returned and inspected.

In the rare event your item/s have been delivered damaged we will replace your item at no additional cost to you as a priority, regardless of how you signed for the delivery, however we must be informed of the damage via email within 14 days of receiving delivery of the goods. You will need to be available for the courier to exchange your item. We will work with you and give you a number of options in order to find the best possible solution.

If your item has not arrived or the tracking is not updating, please get in touch no later than a week so we can look into the delivery and if necessary start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we can not investigate items if we are not made aware of missing items later than a week after the delivery update. This is the only event we will be able to sort out replacements or refunds for missing items.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.
