Lifetime Guarantee

Please see the following terms:

• The guarantee covers beds used in residential properties only.
• Our commercial guarantee is 2 years.
• The guarantee starts from the purchase date. 
• The guarantee only covers individual components not the entire bed frame.
• This guarantee does not cover the bed slats, general wear and tear or damage caused during assembly. 
• We cannot guarantee that replacement parts will be an identical match due to discolouring or ageing caused etc. 
• The guarantee does not cover bed frames where they have been used in commercial premises such as holiday lets or hotels. 
• This guarantee does not cover minor movement causing noise, this is considered wear and tear.
• Any claims must be accompanied with photographic evidence clearly showing the manufacturing error. 
• The mechanism on our ottoman beds is covered by a 2 year guarantee.
